Delivery & Returns
We offer shipping at the following rates within Australia via our delivery partners Australia Post and Sendle: standard shipping flat rate $15AUD, and express shipping flat rate $25AUD.
Orders are carefully picked and packed by hand, then dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the time of dispatch and can vary, especially during busy periods. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information (please also check your junk folder).
In the unlikely event that any item/s in an order are subjected to unexpected delays you will be contacted via email or by telephone to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and to be provided with an expected delivery date. At this time, you can either cancel the items from your order or wait until the backordered item/s are back in stock.
2023 Christmas Delivery Cut Off Dates
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend placing orders intended for Christmas be placed as early as possible. Although our online team do their best to ship orders quickly, the holiday period sees a high volume of online shopping and postal carriers can experience delays in processing and delivering parcels. Orders placed after the dates below will be shipped within 1-2 business days, but may not arrive until after Christmas as delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed - particularly to locations outside of metro areas.

Express shipping: 15th of December 12pm (GMT+11)
International Delivery
Due to import/export restrictions, Seaweedery currently only delivers within Australia.
Acceptance of order
At the time of placing an order, Seaweedery will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order. This is not an acceptance of your order. Orders are only accepted when the order is packed and shipped. Seaweedery reserves the right to accept or decline, in whole or in part, any order placed.
Incorrect information, attempted delivery and lost orders
Where a delivery address is incomplete, incorrect or otherwise undeliverable, or where the delivery service has attempted but been unable to successfully complete delivery, our postage providers may charge additional fees for parcel returns and collections. These fees will be charged to the customer prior to the re-release of the order. Seaweedery will make contact with the customer in these instances to confirm delivery details prior to processing any additional fees (and prior to re-releasing goods).
Returns / Refund
Seaweedery is dedicated to providing products of the highest quality. We are confident you will love everything you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.
Seaweedery will only accept returns for the following scenarios:
Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery.
Goods that vary from their description on this website.
Goods supplied incorrectly.
Our quality control teams inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us to arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund.
Returns Process

Associated shipping costs for returns initiated due to ordering mistakes or change of mind will not be covered by Seaweedery
Please return the product/s to us in the original condition within 10 days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt, and we will replace or refund your purchase using the original payment method.
Please indicate a reason for your return, using the provided detail on your order. Along with this please indicate your preferred remedy.
Refunds
All refunds are processed within 10 business days once confirmed to your original method of payment.
