Prawn & Pork Noodles

Ingredients
50ml Sunflower oil
20ml PRAWN OIL
130g Diced Smoked Chorizo | Australian Pork
250g Kurumban Prawn
115g Red banana capsicum | diced fine
25g Garlic | finely diced
20g Ginger | finely diced
15g Green chillis | long , finely diced
80g Bean sprouts
80g Shallots | Finely Sliced
250g Shredded wombok
3 eggs | beated
1kg Fresh rice noodles | plunged & air dried
50ml Soya
20ml Oyster Sauce
Prawn Oil

Method
In a Hot wok add some of the oil, chorizo, prawn capsicum cook half way,
Add the garlic, ginger, chilli, sprouts, shallots & wombok cook & stand aside
In the hot wok add oil eggs cooked & stand aside
In a hot wok add some oil & noodles, toss through soya & oyster sauce & all of above
Season with more PRAWN OIL if you love Prawn, Serve
